When attached with Gorilla Upright, The Flying Pull-Up Bar Extension is designed to provide a challenging workout for upper body strength and conditioning.

This multi bar attachment is angled at almost 45 degrees, that mimics a heavy-duty pull-up ladder, requiring athletes to utilize more muscle recruitment and explosiveness as they progress from one rung to the next. Additionally, this attachment can also accommodate gymnastic rings.

It has two 3×3″ 11-Gauge Laser Cut Steel arms, which are secured to the rig via connecting bolts with 8mm thick laser-cut plates, comes with 5 pcs of 41″ Gorilla Pullup Bars. Optimal hole spacing along the full length of the arms, allows users to select their own custom-spacing for the rungs. The pull-up bars, arms, and brackets are finished in our textured black powder coat.
